I never thought I would ever go to therapy.

I always thought my problems were too trivial or tangled to burden anyone else.

Growing up in a family where mental health was a foreign concept, I would have never imagined reaching out for help.

Yet, I found myself sitting across from a stranger ready to word vomit every thought and feeling I had ever harbored.

And let me tell you, it felt great.

The concept of therapy can be weird,

but trying new things is good for you. Science says so!

Therapy can improve your mood, motivation, increase adaptability, overcome fears, discover new perspective and fulfilling your potential.

I believe that what you bring into the room will naturally lead us into a non-bias environment that promotes healing. I work from a holistic point of view highlighting LGBTQ+ Affirmative therapy, Jungian theories, mindfulness, referencing the chakra system as a roadmap and somatic techniques.

In our work together, we will not only spend time on the areas that you wish to heal, but also make a point to celebrate your innate talents, strengths and accomplishments.

I come as I am, Curious, Patient, Genuinely Empathetic, and a bit cheesy. What is life without humor?

We are all human. We all deserve to be heard and seen. Your emotions, thoughts, dreams are not a burden.
