I never thought I would ever go to therapy.

I had always felt that not even one of my problems were ever big or messy enough to burden anyone else with. I grew up in a family where mental health didn’t exist.

It wasn’t even on the map of survival.

Yet, I found myself sitting across from a stranger ready to word vomit every thought and feeling I had ever had.

And let me tell you, it felt great.

Yes the concept of therapy can be weird.

But trying new things is good for you.Science says so! Therapy can improve your mood, motivation, increase adaptability, overcome fears, discover new perspective and fulfilling your potential. Therapy helped me connect to my higher self and learned what that truly means.

I come as I am, Curious, Patient, Genuinely Empathetic, and a bit cheesy.

What is life without humor?

We are all human. We all deserve to be heard and seen. Your emotions, thoughts, dreams are not a burden.
