  • What makes you an artist?

Is it your passion, is it how much you have done, is it the consistent commitment? Choosing to be an artist is usually no ones ‘choice’, it is a gut wrenching need, but it can also be incredibly taxing, intimidating, and overwhelming to fit in or get to where you want to be.

Having characteristics of codependency does not make you weak. People living with codependant tendencies are usually incredibly generous and giving. Our work would be celebrating the beautiful ways this has helped you survive and strengthen your own voice with healthy boundaries and self love.

  • There can be this instinct to not want to complain, keep it to yourself, and to compare traumas to those who have it ‘worse’.

Identifying, talking about, and sharing your emotions about your experiences does not take away your empathy for others situations. Your trauma is important and was a vital experience that shaped you.

When you’re ready, let’s talk about it.

I welcome a liberated discussion and space where we can discuss the intricacies of the interpersonal factors impacting sexual satisfaction, body image, medical issues, psychological fears and insecurities.

Let’s relieve the shame and celebrate to understand our bodies.

You are unique

Our sessions will reflect that.

My Approach

I believe that what you bring into the room will naturally lead us into a non-bias environment that promotes healing.

I work from a holistic point of view highlighting LGBTQ+ Affirmative therapy, Jungian theories, mindfulness, referencing the chakra system as a roadmap and somatic techniques. I also love incorporating your passions into your healing.

In our work together, we will not only spend time on the areas that you wish to heal, but also make a point to celebrate your innate talents, strengths and accomplishments.

Our Work Together

  • Breathe.

Breathing. We do it everyday. It’s automatic.

We can often forget how important our connection to our body and breathe is.

Research shows that different emotions are associated with different forms of breathing, and so changing how we breathe can change how we feel. You feel better. And your ability to think rationally returns.

In our sessions we will work together to intertwine somatic and breathing techniques at your own pace.

  • Baby Steps.

No one yells a a flower for it to grow faster. In fact a flower takes time to bloom. It starts as a seed covered in dirt. No one can see the growth underneath, but it is still happening.

In a healthy environment surrounded with patience, water and care the flower will bloom.

    A flowers existence is enough.

Growing and examining your life can be difficult at times and slow. You are enough. Let’s build your compassion for self and breath in your own beauty.

  • Patterns.

Whatever I try to do, I find myself right back where I started. Attracted to the same people, friendships that are not balanced, stuck in my career and a cog in the dysfunctional family wheel.

Our decisions, thoughts, behaviors are all influenced by the way we grew up, the world around us, the core beliefs we find as fact, and what we believe we deserve.

Identifying patterns and understanding why we do what we do will impact everlasting change.

Together we will develop ways for you to soothe, identify purpose in life, maximize your potential, confronting the ‘ugly’ parts and live a joyous life through embracing radical acceptance, personal growth, self-awareness, and tap into the answers you have within. Let’s go on this journey together to re-energize the connection to the beauty this world has to offer, that YOU have to offer.
